Let it be known by way of this document that กรุงเทพมหานคร อมรรัตนโกสินทร์ มหินทรายุธยามหาดิลก ภพนพรัตน์ ราชธานีบุรีรมย์ อุดมราชนิเวศน์ มหาสถาน อมรพิมาน อวตารสถิต สักกะทัตติยะ วิษณุกรรมประสิทธิ์ เก็บกวาดหิมะ hereafter known as Bangkok Snow Removal agrees herein to remove any and all water that through natural forces has frozen into flat, six-sided white bits that fall like rain in cold weather and that may as a result thereafter cover the ground thickly, hereafter known as snow, from a Metropolitan Bangkok business or residential premise on the condition that over any continuous 12-hour period there has been, as announced by the Bangkok Meteorological Bureau in excess of four (4) centimeters of said snow and that this manifestation has remained in or close to its original frozen state on, but not exceeding, the legal premises for which this certificate has been purchased, for a length of time deemed to have a duration of at least 24 hours commencing from the cessation of the aforementioned snow fall.
